Making use of the Australian PPSR
If you’re doing business in Australia, you might want to consider using the Australian PPSR – or discussing with your professional adviser what the Australian PPS Act could mean for you.
The reasons for registering on the Australian PPSR are the same as those for using our own PPSR.
The Australian legislation is similar to our Personal Property Securities Act 1999 in many areas, and their register works in much the same way as ours does.
