Logging in with RealMe®
A RealMe login is required to log in to access a range of online services on the Personal Property Securities Register. If you can’t remember your RealMe username or password, you can use the ‘Forgot username’ or ‘Forgot password’ options on our login page.Log in and register or maintain Secured Party Groups
When you may need to phone us
Phone us to get help using RealMe to log in to your PPSR online services account. For example, if you have set up more than one RealMe login and you need help identifying which login you’ve used with us.

Getting help with phone calls
