System issues resulted in some emails not being sent
Our system experienced some intermittent issues and didn't send some emails between 1 - 20 May 2022.
If you were registering a new financing statement or updating an existing one and you didn't receive the email confirmations you were expecting, here's what you can do.
How to check the current details for a financing statement
You can view your registered financing statements via our website.
- Log in with your RealMe® username and password.
- From the 'Manage My Portfolio' menu choose 'My Financing Statements'
- Select the financing statement
- While viewing the financing statement you can:
- request a copy of the verification statement
- use the tabs to view the financing statement’s current and historic details
- email, download or print your financing statement.
If you're missing a verification statement
You can request a replacement copy via our website.
- Log in with your RealMe® username and password.
- From the 'Manage My Portfolio' menu choose 'My Financing Statements'
- Select the financing statement
- While viewing the financing statement, select 'Request a Copy of the Verification Statement'.
- Choose 'Email PDF' as your delivery method.
If you need to retrieve a financing statement PIN
You can request financing statement and debtor PINs via our website.
- From your 'Dashboard', select the Secured Party Group (SPG)
- While viewing the Secured Party Group, select 'Secured Party Tools' then choose 'List Financing Statement PINs'.
- To request the PINs for a single financing statement, enter the financing statement registration number
- To request the PINs for a number of financing statements, specify a status or registration date range.
- Confirm that you are authorised to request the financing statement and debtor PINs.
- Confirm the email address (this must be the email address that's recorded by the Registrar for the SPG).
- Select 'Email List' to submit your request.
- If the email is valid, the list will be delivered to the address.
